As one of the most frightening nights of the year, Halloween, approaches, we’re experiencing the height of our tour season. We love this time of year, because during it, people are looking for thrills and chills, and we certainly deliver our fair share. While our season begins in the late spring, the fall season is our favorite, as the environment works as hard as we do to create a spooky experience.
Each one of our tours in designed to not only play on people’s desire to be frightened, but they’re also designed to educate the masses while they’re gaining a natural appreciation for Manhattan’s exquisite architecture. We provide the back story of many popular locations in New York City, as we lead our tour-goers through the sordid history of this bustling city.
Our three separate tours feature thirteen goosebump-inducing stops that are each conducted by an expert in both the supernatural and the area in which they’re guiding people. All three of our tours are meant to embrace the season, as the leaves swirl around us and you’re not sure if they chill creeping up the back of your neck is from the light autumn breeze or the ghosts.
As we mentioned, each one of these tours does take place outside, so dressing weather appropriate is going to be your best bet for maximum comfort. We also conduct our tours in a multitude of weather conditions, rain or shine. They range in mileage from 1.75 to 2.75 miles, so make sure you wear your most comfortable shoes, you’re going to need them.
For a truly chilling experience, grab a group of your most daring friends, and join us for one of our tours. If you’re looking for a family night out with the kids, our West Village tour is said to be our most family friendly. Our Greenwich Village, East Village, and the West Village tours all offer a different experience and have a different guide, so don’t stop at one. Take all three!
